Toyota of South Florida July Register-to-Win Contest
1. How to Enter the Contest:
(a) The Toyota of South Florida July Register-to-Win contest will begin on Wednesday,July 11, 2012and end Sunday, July 29, 2012.
(b) To participate in the contest, test drive a Toyota vehicle for a chance to register, enter byfilling out the official entry form available at Toyota of South Florida in Doraland depositing it in the specially marked box at the store. All entries must be received by 6pm, Sunday, July 29, 2012.
(c) One entry per household, no mechanically reproduced entries.
(d) Contest sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, incomplete or illegible entries.
(e) Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The contest is open to legal residents of Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe or Palm Beach County who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Toyota of South Florida,and SET hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Sponsors”, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.
(b) Viewers are eligible to win a Toyota of South Florida contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Entrants are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
(c) All entries become the sole property of Toyota of South Florida and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant Toyota of South Florida the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.
3. Prizes:
(a) One grand prize each week to include: Week 1 a grand prize of $1,000.00. Week 2 a grand prize of $1,000.00. Week 3 a grand prize of $3,000.00.
(b) All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of Toyota of South Florida in Doral 9775 NW 12 Street, Miami, FL 33172. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-eight hours of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Toyota of South Florida in Doral is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
(c) Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Toyota of South Florida in Doral reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value.
4. Selection of Winners:
(a) Decisions of contest sponsors with respect to the contest are final.
(b) Winner will be randomly drawn on or about every Sunday in July 2012 beginning on Sunday, July 15, 2012 and Sunday July 22, 2012 and Sunday, July 29th, 2012. First runner-up and second runner-up entries will be drawn as back-ups. Winner will be notified by phone within 48 hours. Failure to reach the winner within 48 hours will result in contacting the next drawn entry. If no winner or runner up is available, the prize will not be awarded.
5. Conditions:
(a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Toyota of South Florida in Doral.
(b) By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize.By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Toyota of South Florida in Doral and it’s agencies the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/orlikeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release Toyota of South Florida in Doral, Toyota and, their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
6. No purchase necessary. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
7. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
